Refund policy

We want you to buy with confidence. Unused parts in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.

To start a return, email info@coredieselparts.com with your order number. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or our error, in which case we cover it. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Because diesel applications vary, please confirm the correct part for your engine and year before ordering. Installed or used parts are not eligible for return.
