Built to OEM specification and engineered as a direct-fit replacement for a professional-grade LBZ Duramax repair or service. Every order ships fast and is backed by our support team.

What It Does & How It Helps

The serpentine belt drives the water pump, alternator and accessories, and the spring-loaded tensioner keeps it at the correct tension. As the tensioner spring and pulley bearing wear, the belt slips, squeals and chirps, and a seized bearing or thrown belt can leave you stranded and overheating. A fresh belt and tensioner (or idler pulley) restore quiet, reliable accessory drive and steady coolant and charging output.

What's Included

a serpentine belt, tensioner or idler pulley as specified

Fitment

Fits Chevrolet, GMC trucks equipped with the LBZ Duramax diesel engine, 1999-2008.
